The hotel is situated right on the lovely beach of Longboat Key, offering modern and comfortable rooms. The service was friendly and nice, although a bit busy with other guests. The location was clean and inviting, providing plenty of beach amenities; however, closing at 6pm might be too early for some. The dining experience, especially at the hotel restaurant for breakfast, was not up to par, with cold food and terrible coffee. Overall, the hotel has great potential but could use improvements in certain areas.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms are spacious, beautiful, and have a delightful aroma, plus they come with 2 lounge chairs for the beach. The service was top-notch, with the staff being very courteous, helpful, and attentive. The location is superb, offering lovely beach views and plenty of amenities. The dining options were good but could use a bit of improvement in variety. Overall, a great experience with a few minor areas for enhancement.

The hotel's location is perfect, right on the beach with lovely tucked away spaces and plenty of chairs and umbrellas. The rooms in the new building had a dog left alone that caused noise disruptions, making it slightly inconvenient. The service was outstanding, with attentive and responsive staff sprinting to assist us. The dining experience was enjoyable overall, with a complete buffet and efficient staff. The facilities were well-maintained, offering a great stay with a few minor setbacks.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and of good size, but I wish the balcony was a bit larger. The service was friendly and extremely accommodating, making sure all our needs were met. The location was perfect, right on the beach with natural landscaping adding to the beauty.
